More good news! The National Insitute of Health are funding our R03 grant "Mechanisms and dynamics of superinfection exclusion in microviral prophage populations".

This two year grant will fund research concerned with competition between phages and the influence that this has on their bacterial hosts. Come Fall 2024, current lab technician Nathan Chaffin will join the lab as a graduate student to work on this project.
