Alex becomes the first graduate of the Kirchberger Lab - congratulations Master Chiconas!

Also, Padam moves on from his short stint in the Kirchberger lab to start a postdoc at UNC Chapel Hill - all the best to you Padam!

In her thesis "Artificial Lysogeny as a Novel Method to Produce and Isolate Elusive Microviruses", she describes a way to reboot functional phages and phage asssembly intermediates, helping in both the isolation of new microviruses and the analysies of their construction within their host.

Additionally, Padam, who stayed with us for the spring semester to set up protein work in the lab now starts his postdoc at UNC Chapel Hill!
